Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to get you out on the trail! To keep our Academy running smoothly and ensure everyone gets their "seat time," we’ve established the following policy: 1. Skills Assessments ($45) Non-Refundable: Because these are short, high-demand sessions, the $45 fee is non-refundable upon booking. Rescheduling: We know life happens. You can reschedule your assessment one time at no extra cost, provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice. The Credit: Remember, your $45 is 100% credited toward your future Academy training. 2. Academy Clinics (Levels 1, 2, & 3) 7-Day Window: To receive a full refund for an Academy Clinic, you must cancel or request a change at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 7-day window are non-refundable. However, we may offer a partial credit toward a future clinic at our discretion if we are able to fill your spot. 3. The "Adventure Forward" Weather Clause Safety First: If Wicked Outdoors determines that trail conditions are unsafe (extreme weather, lack of snow, or unrideable terrain), we will contact you as soon as possible. Your Choice: In the event of a weather cancellation by us, you can choose a full refund or a priority reschedule. 4. Punctuality Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your session to handle gear and paperwork. Late arrivals may have their session time shortened to avoid impacting the next rider's schedule.
